Excellent customer service. Executives are very attentive and try their best to resolve. Hats-off the lady executive working here, who seems much faster than their male counterparts. Thanks for resolving my issue within 10 min.

Worst service, hardly 2 staff available with 6 counter, waited for almost hand and hour just for enquiry, unprofessional staff took too much time with single customer, busy with customers they start doing their own work. I wish I could have an option for 0 . Thanks

They have no idea about their own process. Talking to the staff is as good as dialing IVRS... Please feel lucky if your problem is resolved...

They followed covid procedure properly. The place was clean. Had to wait in line but it couldn't be helped. Cannot have the place crowded as per rules.

Horrible customer care service. They don't have solution to simple issues. They only ask you to wait or visit after 2 days with again 0 solution. poor service

Vodafone idea has hired the worst customer care executive for this gallery. They will not resolve your issues and give trivial solutions. Try converting post paid to prepaid they will insist of taking the worst available plans and will not allow you to take plans as per your wish. Their centre manager Zeenat Ali is the worst ever customer care executive I have come across.
