Highly recommend visiting these guys for your next vehicle purchase. Ian was friendly and professional and made the process hassle free. My partner and I were left to inspect the vehicle, which was exactly as described, and also left to test drive the vehicle on our own with no pressure. Ian allowed us the time and space we needed to make a decision on the purchase. Once we decided to purchase the car the process was made simple and quick and there was no pressure to buy all the extras that garages will normally pressure onto you. An excellent 6 month warranty was included with the car and Ian fully explained how we can extend this if we wished, again without any pressure. Ian then had the car checked over for us to ensure it was all okay and then the car was delivered to our home address (they even put some fuel in for me), which Ian was more than happy to do for us. I will definitely be returning to Ian at this garage when I want a new car. Thank you!

I purchased a Peugeot 308 from Ian, and the service I received was top-notch. No pushy sales pitch and he got the car ready for collection quickly as I traveled a couple of hours to purchase. It did develop a light sensor fault the evening of purchase, which cost 150 to fix at my local garage. Although it did take a few weeks to sort, Viaduct did eventually refund me. If they had the car I wanted, I would definitely buy from the again.
Hi, I bought Audi A5 from them. It was nice looking car to start with but soon I had few issues with it. It was under 6 months warranty but unfortunately warranty didn't cover work which was required. But then.... Ian stepped in and he offered help along with his co-workers.Yes massive one and said it's all on him!?? I couldn't believe To start with. But his money goes where his mounth is. He is a real businessman and gentelman . He cares about coustomer and his business so much that I will highly recommend this place to anyone to buy your new car from. Beside he is still in touch if I've got any problems with it which Is quite unusual those days. So the only thing I want to say is thank you very much for everything!!

After searching for a new car for quite some time, I luckily stumbled across Viaduct Vehicle Solutions via Auto Trader. They were extremely friendly with their approach (unlike some garages). Allowed me plenty of time to test drive the vehicle - which was in great condition. When purchasing the vehicle, they even offered to stay open late to ensure I could pick the vehicle up. I would without doubt recommend Viaduct Vehicle Solutions to friends and family when looking to purchase a new car.
