I've contracted the toll service whith the rental, paid for it and it was confirmed in the email I received. Some mistake happened on Europcar side and as they said \the toll service didn't make it to the final invoice\ what they did then was telling me I didn't contracted the toll service and and because I went through tools they charged me 50 of administrative fees. Avoid, they'll make mistakes and make you pay for it.

Nada apuntar aos trabalhadores que estão nesta oficina, a critica vai á empresa, serviço péssimo, aluguei carro com seguro todos os riscos, tive um furo, e liguei à assistência, não me enviaram um táxi para recolher, não me deram um carro de substituição no mesmo dia, e além disso tive que pedir a um familiar que me fosse buscar..depois fiz reclamação e depois de todos os inconvenientes, deram-me um dia mais com o carro..enfim...pagas mais e não tens o serviço que pagas, não cuidam dos seus clientes, péssimo serviço de atendimento por parte das chefias e do atendimento ao público, não aconselho a sua utilização!!procurem outra alternativa para alugar!!
