The most popular, iconic, magical and \must visit\ spot in town. The view is breath-taking, especially, in Zimbório (the church top - the entrance is from the back), the air is fresh and pure, the church is beautiful. Take a time to walk around and enjoy the nature. No rush. There's a stairway and a funicular from the city centre that I recommend. Enjoy!

What a stunning church! So different from usual churches and the stained glass was breathtaking. The infinite sea that you can see from here is perfect. It was very windy, it is probably always like that, but is totally worth it :)
The view from the top is really nice and peaceful...the elevator works until 16:30 every day...I you have car, then you can drive there too...you can get up to top of Santa Luzia and take some poloroid photos if you want... Amazing experience... wheelchair excess is also possible!
