Didn't enjoy my time there. I bought a laser package, and they would either reschedule me, or fit me in really close to closing and then be really rushed. My package was supposed to last for a year, but due to COVID-19, it got extended for 3 months for the 3 months that they were closed. I called them as soon as I found out that I had a medical condition that didn't allow me to continue laser. I wanted to see if I could put my remaining session on hold. I've left voice mails, and am still waiting for a call back (it's been over 2.5 months)... I really wanted to like this place and support local, but didn't enjoy the quality or the customer service. Doesn't seem like a professional place and will only get on your nerves.

Currently in the process of receiving laser hair removal at Victoire and have had great experiences each visit! Hair has already depleted a great amount after two sessions. Process was explained in detail and any followup questions were answered happily. Each time I have gone it has been extremely fast, efficient and on time. Thank you to everyone at Victoire!

I purchased a groupon to try out a spa facial and was happy with the overall experience. The staff were friendly and the 45 minute facial was fairly relaxing. Cleansing, exfoliation, steaming, extraction, and masks were all included which was nice since some other places don't do all of that when the allotted time is less than an hour.

I get laser hair removal done here and would highly recommend it for so. It's a small spa but the staff are some of the best.
