After some disappointing experiences at a closer dealer, I reached out to Victor CDJR to find a very specific Jeep Cherokee. Other dealers said that they couldn't find it and that it would take months to fulfill a special order. Tyler managed to find exactly what I was looking for... And offered a substantially better trade in on my old vehicle and a substantial dealer concession that far exceeded what the previous dealership offered. His business office also got me a fantastic rate on a car loan with a local credit union. It took about 4 days to get the new Jeep in from another dealer and Tyler and Ed kept me informed of every step. They delivered my new car exactly as promised... Dave in the office didn't try to upsell with warranties, undercoating or GAP insurance (I knew I didn't need it but Dave had already checked the declined box on the form for me.) Tyler walked me through all of the features of the vehicle and explained the latest apps that integrate with the console and help coordinate service. Quick note on the facility... Don't let the outside fool you. This is a temporary location and they hope to be breaking ground on their permanent location on the other side of Rt. 96 this spring. It lacks the frills of some of the newer dealerships but, despite being temporary, it's a surprisingly nice facility. This was the most painless, transparent vehicle purchase I have ever made. Many thanks to Tyler, Ed, Dave and everyone else at Victor CDJR. You made this an enjoyable experience and offered a great deal!
