Amazing! Love it- super easy, good price. Telus has bought prices and most other services. This is WAY better. If you want to super local and get a great service this is your best bet. Never a concern, easy to reach, calls back quickly. We are completely 100% satisfied. We have them both for our business and our house!
Thank-you Victoria Alarm. FINALLY a company with people that do what they say they will do. We started with Bullet. The system never worked properly. My inlaws were afraid to use it. Bullet was over to fix the problems but it did not help. We approached ADT and Palladin and found that they had been purchased by Telus! Telus tried to upsell us on services and a contract that we were not comfortable with and did not need. When I tried to get clarification on the services offered I was put on hold for a long time and passsed around from rep to rep... Typical Telus BS. We called Price Alarm service. The salesman was a bit pushy but convinced us he could solve all the problems we had ' easily ' and that they would NEVER sell to Telus. It was a moderate fee for upgrading and a 3 year contract. We decided to accept the proposal to become a Price customer provided that they would not sell to Telus. The sales guy laughed at me and told me not to worry. I signed the forms and scheduled the install for my inlaws. 3 days before the Price's install, I found out that PRICE HAD SOLD TO TELUS!!!!! I called to cancel. One of my clients uses Victoria Alarm Service for his home and business. He recommended I call them. Carl from Victoria Alarm came over to have a look and was able to fix all the issues right then. There was no up front fee and no long term contract. He gave us some options that we could add later and explained everything so that my inlaws could easily understand. It has been a month now with no issues. I would highly recommend Carl and the Victoria Alarm team!

I've been using and working with Victoria Alarm for 7 years. I have multiple businesses that require cctv. The monitoring and cctv has come in handy on multiple occasions. The expertise they bring to the table makes the job happen quickly, efficiently, and most importantly effective. I highly recommend for commercial and residential as I use for both and am extremely satisfied with the service and results.
