EXCELLENT TO DEAL WITH! I got myself in a real bind. I needed some valve spring shims and the staff came through. It was obvious they were there to do their best to assist the person on the other end of the phone. It was a sale that was worth no more than a few dollars but really helped me out as no one else had the shims. That is what the term customer service means! Finally, an establishment that gives that term more than just lip service.
