The staff is friendly but the service is very inefficient and apathetic. I understand that with covid there is a limit to how many people can come into the store, but they managed it so so badly. I waited out in the cold for over 20 minutes, the line stopped moving after about 10 minutes. Then an employee came out a little confused and let 4 people in when no one had recently left, which I take to mean they forgot about the lineup outside. Then when I finally was inside I stood in line for another 20 minutes while the cashier chatted extensively with every customer, even stopping what she was doing completely to just talk. Sure they're friendly, but holy moly how can you be so oblivious. When I finally reached the till I was told to wait, and the cashier helped two other customers first. These customers had skipped the line and waited in a different area, thinking that was the line. I understand the mix up, but I had been in line much longer than them, and waiting at least 30 minutes total by now. I wasnt given I explanation or apology. I then asked if I was in the right line and explained my confusion about what just happened. Again, no apology, I was only told that the two customers had thought they were in the right line. Friendly staff, but just the most apathetic service I've ever had I was so frustrated, and will not be coming back in the future. Brick and mortar stores complain about the increase in online shopping, but this is why...

Customer Service is either fabulous, or rude and condescending: depends on the day really. Quite inconsistent. Poor customer service with wrong size needles despite package never being opened, and security seal fully in tact. I've never been more disappointed in a local shopping experience, and won't take my business back there. The explanations given and support given over a return was quite poor. Be wary before making purchases- their return policies don't get explained at check out and they are quite extreme. Update: Despite the response received saying “a few days” for needles, this was not the case for my unopened, unused purchase of a single set of needles.
