The food was deliciouns but it was a bit cold.

I bought a washer & dryer from home-depot and I was at home on the delivery day and surprisingly they put a note on the DOOR that we were not home !!!!!!! I went to the Home Depot to complain about that and the manager said that they took a picture of my GARAGE door (!!!!!!!!!!!) and said that nobody was home, he called them and asked them to go back to my house and drop off my stuff but no one showed up. According to the Home Depot manager the delivery people didn’t have proper equipment to bring our appliances up stairs and that’s why they put the note that we were not at home.

They deliver for Home Depot- or not. Had a delivery issue and even their manager refused to help me trouble shoot it. When I complained about them to Home Depot even the Home Depot lady said they are known to provide terrible customer service. Home Depot lost an order and a customer over this company.
