James removed a corroded tub drain that someone bonded into place and wouldn't turn. It was a tricky job to pick away at the metal drain bit by bit without damaging plastic threads, but he was able to pull it off and save my bathtub from needing replacement. He also helped me decipher the plumbing structure of my new-to-me place. Would certainly recommend!

The service I received from Callaway was amazing - if I could give more than 5 stars I would! James was extremely professional so nice and did a wonderful job. He left my home clean and explained everything before he started. The pricing was fair, was just as they quoted. They even looked into my warranty for me. I would recommend them to anyone needing anything. I had my hot water tank replaced.
