I had a bad experience at Best Buy Geek Suad. I was promised a phone call the day after I dropped off my laptop and did not have a call I waited all day. You can't get a hold of the local store and when I went in I was treated poorly. I have been a loyal customer for many years. Very disappointed.

Phoned and asked if they worked on Xbox One disk drives and was told, absolutely. Brought my Xbox in to a Geek squad location and they said they can't and never work on xbox's. Waste of time. Luckily the manager was able to reccomend a business that could help me out. Good on him, bad on the rest.
I came with a concern for my computer and they were able to discern the likely problem from my description alone without even seeing it! Friendly and knowledgeable.
