SO good! I told our server, Liz, that I could not decide between the granola breakfast, the vegan burrito and the make your own omelette. She decided but didn't let on what it would be. Such fun!! The burrito was jam packed and a big enough meal for two. Absolutely delicious! Two of my table mates had the 222 ( the pancakes are seriously large) and one had the eggs benny. Nobody was disappointed and nobody left hungry. Thanks, John, for a great restaurant, thanks Liz for a fun, delicious meal and a story for me to tell my friends and family! We will be back.

I feel like this place was a little hyped. Our food was good nothing special. I was expecting more flavour and better food. Our service though was amazing!
John's place is a fantastic establishment! The staff are always so kind. They do a great job of keeping the restaurant very clean and making their customers feel welcome, even if your just getting take out! Who ever comes up with the menu item names is hilarious and awesome! Thank you for providing us entertainment when looking at your menu. Those behind the scenes in the kitchen, are talented and must love their job because they are excellent on consistency and quality. I love knowing I can go to John's place and order anything off the menu, knowing I will thoroughly enjoy it. Thank you all for you exceptionally great work.
We had heard John's place was not to be missed while visiting Victoria. Our breakfast was the best cooked breakfast we have had in a very long time. Service was also excellent and what you got for your money was top notch. Cannot wait to visit again and try some of his other meals. highly recommend
Such a wonderful atmosphere (so much fun), we really enjoyed the variety of kitschy wall decor. Food was absolutely amazing, we will certainly be back the next time we visit Victoria. Thank you for the great service!
