I picked my suit today and the embroidery and stones were totally damaged on the neck, also there is a noticeable fade in colour. When I gave my suit to the lady there she didn’t tell me anything about these circumstances so that I could have said no to give my suit for dryclean. Moreover, she only compensated for 3.00
