I have seen Evan and Ashleigh for Massage Therapy at Moss Healthcare and they are both incredible and intuitive RMT's. My recent massage with Evan really helped to correct some chronic neck pain that I had been having. It really helped to bring me back into alignment. Thank you.

I have been meaning to write this review for a long time.. so here we go! I have been going to Moss Street for about 7 years ago, for, well, basically everything. Dental, dental hygiene, chiropractic, massage, counselling, etc. I can hands down say that every single practitioner in this building is amazing at what they do. From my personal experience: Evan and Ashleigh are amazing RMT's who make you feel so comfortable and give great, therapeutic massages! Dr. Russu is an incredible, patient, kind, and caring dentist who really cares about your teeth and is GENTLE. 10/10 for Dr. Russu. I highly recommend her to anyone who will listen - even my husband who doesn't like the dentist thinks it's less painful with Dr. Russu. On the hygiene side of things, I can't say enough good about Stacey who is kind, gentle, and gives an amazing cleaning!! High quality dental care is so important, and you'll definitely get it at Moss Street! Dr. Nick is a stellar chiropractor who is professional, easy-going, and cares about your overall health and wellness. Sarah Causton is a wonderful RSW. She is kind and compassionate! All of this on top of the fact that every staff member around the clinic is friendly and helpful. Particular shouts out for the dental reception who go out of their way to be accommodating and help you with direct billing. I love Moss Street, and if I hadn't moved I'd probably still be here.. multiple times per week! :D
I went for an hour massage and filled out forms outlining where my pain was and answering COVID questions online prior to my appointment. For 17 minutes I was asked where my pain was again and to sign another consent form which I could have and did do before my appointment. My massage was not one hour but just over 40 minutes so I felt a bit cheated getting charged almost 30 of the total price just to reiterate where my pain was. The massage itself was average. In future I would suggest stating that it is not hands-on for the entire appointment or make the time slot one hour and 15 minutes. In past appointments elsewhere, the full time slot was hands-on.
Clerical staff offer a poor level of service. In the short time I was a client they made several mistakes with regards to billing and communication. However, RMT Chris Lachambre offers a great deep-tissue massage. He listens to the evolving concerns of his client, checks in after, and makes sure to follow up on the success of the previous session to guide future treatment.
I started going to Moss Healthcare in January 2020 for massage after being referred there. Chris is an AMAZING RMT. He does very well with injury and resolving issues around it. Chris has a strong method and is not one of those RMTs that you need to constantly remind to dig deeper - but he also pays special attention to your limits and stays within it. I would highly recommend him. I also have had acupuncture done by Dong. He was helpful and the treatment was extremely relaxing. I had immediate relief from chronic pain after my visit. I would recommend Moss Healthcare for any of your needs as it's essentially a one stop shop there! Also the owner's are particularly friendly and welcoming, along with the staff!
I have seen the chiropractors, naturopaths, the RMTs, and the dentists/hygienists. Stellar practitioners. All of them!
Going to the dentist is never a chore here. The front desk staff are always so helpful and friendly. The clinic has modern conveniences like TVs mounted on the ceiling above the dentist chair so you can watch what you want while you get worked on. Dr Shaila has been my dentist for years, she's got a great bedside manner, remembers our conversations, explains everything to me clearly and shows me photos and x-rays of my teeth on the monitor in the dental room. She stays up to date on modern techniques and equipment with little things like a comfortably shaped mouth piece to hold your mouth open while working on you, or a vibrating tool that makes it so you don't notice a needle insertion for freezing. These seem like small things but they all add up to a great experience. Highly recommended.
A very nice, simple, and relaxing place. After years of searching and many counselors, this is where I came to find Geoff Williams. A very knowledgeable and passionate, kind, friendly, and gentle counselor. His punctuality could use some work, but it is a small price to pay for his expertise. I find my visits with him refreshing, productive, and well worth my time.
