I had to call on behalf of my company and I have never had a less professional employee answer the phone. Absolutely no help and the gentleman who was representing the company did a terrible and unprofessional job. He was antagonizing at best and I actually had to ask if I had personally offended him. I am going to ask my company to deal with another company that has some semblance of professionalism.

They have been here now over a week trying to fix our elevator and still doesn’t work. It’s getting frustrating and we have elderly people That can’t manage the stairs and have been stuck at home for a week and a half !
