I had a nice relaxing time at Sante today. Beautiful view from the lounge area and used the steam room before my treatment. I had wrap with Kaitlin. If I had any criticism it would be that the amenities provided needed to be restocked - the tea in the lounge and the hair combs in the change room.

I had my first massage here with Desiree. Overall, it was fantastic. She did a great job, applied the right pressure and had a great personality. The facility was nice. They have a lounge where you can hang out while waiting for your massage that's nicely stocked with small snacks (nuts, dates, crackers etc.) as well as water and tea. It gets a little noisy when groups are in there but that's no fault of theirs. The mineral pool is really nice. They're clear that it's a mineral pool and not a hot tub. Pretty similar just not quite as hot. The changerooms are well-stocked and clean. The only issue I had was that the robe that was available for me in the locker of the men's change room was not nearly large enough for me, and average-sized man. I had to hunt a bit to find somebody to grab me a larger one but once I did she sorted it out quick. All in all, I'd go back. It's absolutely not the cheapest option around but they're good at what they do and the facility is really, really nice.
Actual service good and staff just ok. They seem to lack social skills. Must be that our younger generation are less personable due to socializing over computer instead of real people. Employers really need to get on that to help them with understanding how important it is to the business.
We love Sante! We're locals that visit regularly. Love the massage therapists and I've had the best gel manicures here (compared to the many I've had throughout the city). The mineral pool is lovely (it's not a hot tub so isn't overly warm). The atmosphere is so peaceful and the rooms are pretty. The couples room is my favourite spot.
I had a massage with Denise and absolutely loved it! She had a wonderful calm and soothing approach while getting the job done! A perfect happy medium- mineral pool outside was the icing on the cake to end the evening! I would highly recommend Denise & Sante Spa to all my friends and family- thank you for the wonderful evening!
Been here MANY times and the atmosphere is so beautiful and relaxing. Arbutus Wrap is by far my favourite treatment. Pedicures are great, make sure to get the wax soak on your feet! Go early and relax in the Mineral Pool with a glass of wine. My absolute favourite spa in Victoria. Be sure to stop at Westshore Costco first and get a Sante Spa 100 gift certificate for 75.
Great facilities and atmosphere. However, I had the worst massage of my life and was only offered a 20% discount for my next massage. I don't think I will be going back. A better bang for your buck would be Oak Bay Beach Hotel or the Willow Stream.
