Only because I can't give it a negative star rating. Warning! Do not shop here unless you are taking the furniture you agreed to purchase! Or, take pictures of the products you agreed to purchase and make sure the invoice shows product name, description, an any numbers you can find on the product. I purchased a desk, a mattress and a love seat at the same time for delivery later to my new apartment. When I got the mattress, it was the cheaper one that I told him no to purchase, and the desk I purchased had some parts missing. I called to have the order rectified, and he sounded sincere, and sent out a different mattress. Still not the one I agreed to purchase. I had to make yet another phone call to inquire about the desk, he told me he had to order the parts, and would call me when they came in. I have had no resolution to this to date and all of this was purchased on August 26 2016, and deliverd the 1st of September. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau asap!

Hello Mrs. Gerhardt, I would like to address your review of our store: First of all, you came in to see us and told me you were on a very tight budget and couldn't afford all of the items you were looking for, so what I did if you remember, was I walked you throughout not only the store, but also our warehouse until we had all of your wants and needs taken care of and within your budget. The parts on the floor model AS IS desk that you are speaking about are the little suction cups under the glass top (which were never there to begin with nor are they required due to the construction of this particular desk.) The mattress you were shown was in fact one of our entry level models, just to make sure we were able to accommodate your tight budget... Then when you called that day and expressed your utter disappointment, I upgraded you out of our own pocket and sent that out the very next day, no fees added what so ever. (FREE UPGRADE) Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and internet rants, I was just hoping that the one bad review my store has ever received wound have been due to a more serious issue then a couple of un needed suction cups on a desk that doesn't require them when purchased on an AS IS basis and after we provided you with a second no charge delivery service to upgrade you from the entry level mattress you actually purchased. The name of this place is a bit misleading. "Last call" indicates that the furniture here should be priced for liquidation or clearance, but the prices here are actually higher than most furniture stores in town with similar quality furniture. The selection is good, but found my living room set cheaper next door at Ashley's.
