I want to say a big thank you for the excellent customer service I just received while ordering the grocery order #4068489 I had delivered today. I called a couple of times to asked if I could add a few more things I had forgotten and really needed with this order. I hate having to do that but the Customer service ladies I spoke with were so awesome and friendly. I just want to say, I sure appreciated everything they did for me. The delivery was right on time and everything was perfect. Great Job Thrifty's!

Everyone is so thoughtful here at Thrifty's in Broadmead. I just don't want to shop anywhere else. It almost feels like the grocery store i frequented when I was growing up. It has that down home feeling...and they even brought back my favorite chocolate flavour for my natrel lactose free milk! I have been shopping here for twenty years and they must be doing something right because the staff doesn't turn over all the time...regular staffregular customers

So wonderful. I wanted to place an order from Texas to be delivered to my husband at the hotel he was staying as a surprise for our anniversary. Ran into issue with trying to process an American credit card and they provided a work around and the Customer Care center made sure to contact the store directly to be sure it all went smoothly. So grateful at the personalized care.
