Excellent service even though they are very busy, they took time to help me!! Showed up unannounced to try and get my truck fixed, but there was bookings for 5 days. Mechanic came out to take a quick peek at my trouble and told me it was an easy fix, showed me how to get it done and I was back on my way shortly after!! In 2015 we re-powered our 53 foot power boat with two new diesel engines. Unfortunately, the not to be named original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and their licensed dealer and installer in Victoria really screwed up with the install; the engines were way out of alignment fore and aft and the owner was not made aware of this post sea trials. Five years later there were major troubles in the cooling system and elsewhere. Thanks to the conscientious efforts of Wilson and Proctor and their expertise in all things mechanical, a terrible and unnecessary error was corrected at significant expense. I will be forever grateful to Wilson and Proctor for their patience, competence and friendly manner during this very stressful time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wilson and Proctor for any and all diesel marine and truck repair work.
I had a great experience dealing with this local business. I found them to be very knowledgable, and willing to explain things to me so I understood. Quick and efficient service. They rebuilt my injection pump and they were the best priced on the island and they also did it in house without having to ship to the mainland. The price estimated was exactly what they said it would be, and my truck starts, runs, and performs much better. Stay local great business 5stars.
