Very poor customer service. Went in to pick up a ordered stocking, they said it was going to take over an hour they had to reverify my insurance. I said I didn't have time to wait today, I would come back another day. They offered to mail it to me. Okay you would think they would mail it that day right. No it is over a week and I have not received it. Called them now they are going to mail it today. I first went to them in May it is now July just to receive support stockings. Very very unprofessional.

Bottom line; Measurement taken by tech was found to be inaccurate. In the beginning , Shoe was chosen my foot was measured, and shoe was ordered. I paid 80.00 towards total amount of shoe. When shoe arrived the 1st time. Wrong shoes arrived. Paperwork could not be found. I was Re measured and new order went back east for shoes. Once again. Shoes arrived sent to Riverside to have lift put on. Shoes came back my foot kept slipping out. Shoes went back to Riverside came back same way they left. My son and I drove all the way to Riverside. Approx. 120 miles round trip. Saw The technician. He took the insert out of shoes drew a line around my foot. The shoes were almost 2 inches to long beyond my foot. He then cut the insert stuffed the toes with the material as well as made a wedge for heal. My foot still kept slipping out. Shoes were not measured correctly.. I paid the remainder of the bill for shoes additional 80.00 plus more . I was advised to try the shoes out I Took the shoes home. The next morning I returned the shoes to the Victorville office as my foot kept sliding out of shoe. Through out the 4 months waiting for my shoes, putting on hold my Physical Therphy, and many appointments and time spent in their office and on the phone besides all the money spent on the shoes, I am now told (they will give me a 20% discount on a new pair of shoes? ) No refund on their measurement mistake. I would NOT recommend Al Can to anyone.

I've been waiting for two months for my son's boots. Every week I'm told the same excuse and given another date for a week, and I still havent received the boots. Can't seem to get a supervisor on the phone and was told they close at 5 pm, but they already had their answering service on when I called back at 4:45. I will give them 2 stars just because they didn't have attitudes on the phone even though I have repeatedly been given poor information and absolutely no results. Where os the integrity in this company and the customer service. There is more involved in cutoomer service than smiling.
