Not the type to leave bad reviews but I literally cannot believe the work environment here. Only reason I am giving it a 4 stars is because of Steven Conkle went out of his way and helped me out. I had reserved a uhaul at 3pm and waited almost 30 minutes until Steven helped me, when no one seem to get me going on this reservation I had and I got their 5 minutes early.. I was so nervous and wanted to cancel because that's 30 minutes of rental time out the window. I have no idea where the staff went. Overall I want to say thank you Steven for your help and attitude, you did amazing. Work is work and you handle it very professionally.

Pretty cool company. Grounds are super clean and units are nice and big. Prices are pretty reasonable and the manger (Daniel) is really nice!
