Well... from the start it was a weird visit I'm not going to lie. I thought we were waiting in line at the front door for maybe a temp check during this COVID19 ordeal but no\u200d️ A nice woman was, well I don't know really. She was asking the names from the patrons in line before us, then, what they were there for. When we got up there... nothing but "enjoy your shopping" she was nice but I still don't know why give our names?? Maybe for pick up orders, I dunno? was funny but a waste of time for those of us who knew what we were there for. Didn't matter; they didn't even have the battery I needed, but they sold the unit left disappointed and their prices for everything are outrageous I think. Overall, the associates were friendly and really seemed to be happy to work there and I like that.

Great prices. Excellent service. I was shopping for a small chest freezer and Best Buy had the best price. I was able to order it online. They had it ready for pickup in an hour. When the sent me a notification, all I had to do was park in front of the store, let them know what space I was in, and open my van's side door. They brought it out, loaded the freezer into the van after an ID check; I was done without entering the store. BTW my freezer works great!

They charged me for a 2000 computer and set a delivery date and didn't deliver after 3 days but still took all my money. Wonderful. On the phone for an hour and they won't do anything about it. Do not bother wasting your time at this POS place.

Best electronics store around, friendly staff, well stocked. They take safety with covid seriously. There is a que for assistance due to covid so at times the wait can be a few minutes however still wonder place and great team members there.

Finally I got my PS5 console today! I love the curbside pick-up it makes it much easier for me not having to go inside and wait in line to make a purchase!
