I bought a pair of shoes and they did not take off the alarm.I went back without the receipt because I didn’t think to keep it and they said they couldn’t take off. I understand this is a security precaution but what upsets me is that the alarm didn’t go off when I exited the store with the shoes but it did when I came back.So be careful check your purchase because the staff does not know how to take the alarm off and the machine might not go off.

The worst display of customer experienced recently, three employees having conversation while customer is standing at glass display case for while, which if hadn't interrupted it wouldn't know how much longer would have waited to ask for assistance. I try buying from Big 5 because have for years but last two experiences in that store has been very stressful and highly annoying to not get good customer service. I still purchased 200 worth of merchandise but will be going to Big 5 in Apple Valley to see if get better customer service there. I have no thanks to give but advise on pay more attention to the people who support the business.

Yaritza has HORRIBLE customer service. I came in and I was received with a bad look and a very low/monotone “welcome.” I proceeded to shop and her eyes were on me for the majority of the time. I felt super uncomfortable so I wanted to get out of there as fast as I can. I got my clothes and went to check out. She rung me up, didn’t ask me a thing like “did you find everything okay?” Or didn’t even talk to me, she told me my total and said “you’re done” then gave me her back; she just turned around. Bought 10x10 popup on sale for 80 regularly 159.99. Do not buy 1st time used at beach velcro came off canopy. 2nd time frame broke and was no longer usable. Thankfully the manager did give full return. He said normally not supposed to for wind damage. 5 stars for manager and zero for product.
