When I lived in Costa Mesa I used to shop at the Charlotte Russe in South Coast Plaza and I loved it. I bought most of my clothes there and they were not only stylish but were also well made. I wasn't aware that there was a store here in the mall so will have to check it out unless it was removed like most of the other ones.

Came in just to see if they had a dress I had seen online made line to insure I was going to be help got to the cashier (Sonia) and said she would help me as soon as she help the person behind me if I could please move aside waited for her to finish with customer when I see she helps another person that was waiting in line, I’m thinking she was calling for help, but when her help comes she also ask me to please move aside So she could help the next person could not believe this, Such a poor management, I honestly do not recommend this store bad bad customer service people don’t waste your time
