No compassion at all. Some Employees seem to hate their job. They try to intimidate. They don’t help the public who have disabilities. They supposed to be there to make sure every person who has a disability is taken care of in their own home to remain safe. How can someone not care for a person with a disability? I just can’t comprehend! Shanelle Smith, She is not compassionate nor caring nor professional. Never in my life have I disliked someone. She is rude and invades a persons space. No one with a disability should ever feel uncomfortable in their own home. I seriously have never seen anyone without manners. Ms Smith seems not to understand that a person with a disability is not always physically but rather mentally. She needs training again. Ms Smith, always remember their is a God, and their is also a Karma. And people with disabilities should be your priority, to make sure they remain safe in their own home. Please love and care for everyone who has a disability.

Comes to my house for no reason and acts stupid questions insinuating negativity that doesn't exist, negative attitude and has no business in someone's house. Rude and very stupid. I think their main mission is to cause people problems and make money for the government.

Well, the folks here are not nice and clearly do not enjoy their jobs. The IHSS program is run through here, and they act as though providers are ignorant, the way they talk to you and treat you here. Another reviewer wrote about this place lacking compassion. I can totally see it. Maybe it's job burn-out? At any rate, remember YOU work for US, the public. You have a job because of \the public.\ Perhaps you should treat your customers with a bit more respect.
