I had been going to this dentist for a while and have been happy but for last 2 years all I have had are bad experiences . Me and my husband have been getting the run around.We have been scheduling appointment with the specialist and when we go they end up telling us he isn’t in today .Why would you schedule a appointment make us wait and tell us he isn’t there .We had to call off work for this . My husband needed work done to his teeth.We asked them why they were so expensive mind u we have been to other places and they are not as expensive as this place.They simply told us if u can’t pay u can go some where else.I have never heard of this before .We had the money but just like everyone u always need to ask what’s the lowest they can go .I will not be returning to this place again horrible experience .I don’t know if they had a change of management but it’s been awful .Just when you thought u found a good place this happened.Time to find another dentist

Horrible scheduling.. They schedule you weeks if not months in advance only to tell you the day of ,, the ortho Dr is out sick??? This has happened to my family multiple times .

'our system is down' mhmm but your website sent reminders for my appointment and notifications telling me the things I need to do before going in. Then I get there and wait for several minutes past the appointment before you ask if I had an appointment today. The receptionist has no clue what's going on. The website says one thing. They say another. Any modern convenience it seems like you're getting at this place is made useless by incompetent staff. There goes another appointment I had scheduled months in advance. They were so rude about it too. Never dealt with such a rude receptionist.

The staff here is very friendly! Everyone is so happy. Desert sky dental is a very welcoming place, from front office staff, to assistants, to dentists. I like the precautions they are taking during this stupid covid! I highly recommend this place!

How do I begin describing the worst dentist office I have ever been to. First off if I could rate this dental office zero stars I would!!! Second when you first enter the office you are confronted with incompetent staff who think they run the entire office. For example one time I made the mistake of confusing my apt, I’ll be honest I thought my apt was for 2:30 pm and my daughters was 3:30 pm. I arrived at 2:20pm and was told my appointments were at 2 and without checking in with office manager or a doctor; the receptionist said there was no way they could fit me in. Even if there was only 1 other customer waiting. What’s more disappointing is the appointments were actually at 2pm and 3 pm, so technically they should have been able to see my daughter. Of course they didn’t and their only response was, “when would you like to reschedule.” They are so quick to turn away customers who have been going there for years. They have no loyalty. Third, even when I was fortunate enough to make it pass the receptionist you are faced with hygienist and dentist who treat every procedure like a car sale. After my sons apt for a simply cavity, he wasn’t able to chew properly on that side of his mouth for months. He too refuses to go back to an office where he has more problems leaving then when he came in.

I had front teeth crowns put on here. Suchit Kapur/everyone did a great job on them. They look good! They feel good! I definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in getting cosmetic work done. Also for any other dental needs.
