I got two root canals done here about 4 years ago and they are both need retreatments now. The first root canal Dr. Norman did I had to get retreated and during retreatment my new endodontist found debree inside my tooth which caused a severe infection that spread to another tooth which resulted in ANOTHER root canal that had to be done. The second root canal I got from Dr. Norman is, as of today, INFECTED. It’s causing unbearable pain and needs a retreatment. My new endodontist says a canal was missed during this root canal. So to recap both root canals I received from this office got infected, infected other teeth, and needed retreatments. I know Dr. Bell refers to him a lot so be cautious if you receive a referral to Dr. Norman’s office. There is a much better endodontist in Victorville, Dr. Jung, and I would recommend going to him instead.
