DO NOT LET THIS WOMAN TALK YOU INTO ROBOTIC SURGERY! I HAVE HAD CONSTANT PAIN FOR OVER A YEAR SINCE THE DAY OF SURGERY!

The staff never answered the phone. There one week I’m trying to get an appointment, and they never answer the phone at any time. I left thousand of messages and they ever call me back. OMG horrible service.

Like the first comment said. The staff never answers the phone, never responds to multiple messages left. I left a form to be completed by Dr. Bielawiec on the only day that she was in, the staff reassured me after speaking to them several times that it would be completed. I called their office 15 min before closing and they still had not completed the form. I sent my son over because of course I just had surgery the day prior and it wasn't ready. I asked him to go back in the office and they conveniently closed the office at 4:50.
