FAKE BOOTS!! Went in for some Red Wings and the lady came out with a fake pair. I asked her for the one on the display and she said they were the same (When they obviously weren’t). Different name, different logo, don’t get scammed!

This place is a mom and pop shop but I got my last pair of boots here in 2015 and barely got new ones in 2019. I get the 8 inch high Red Wings and they are so comfortable. For the high desert this is the only place that sells Red Wings besides Boot Barn but you have to order them and they carry them in stock ready to go. The service here is always Pleasant the ladies that helped me we're very knowledgeable and patient.

friendly but made me feel rushed even though I was the only one there. an also really couldn't give me straight forward answers about certain boots on his wall that I was looking at but I needed boots bad so I said whatever an got a pair of red wings for only 220 flippin dollars

NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS PLACE!! It was almost like the old guy didn't want my business! The few questions I had seem to bother him. Facial expressions & his body language were so unprofessional that I just wanted to walk out. In turn I kindly left & now I highly recommend making the drive to a actual Red Wing Store down the hill!

Bought my first Ashby Red Wing, no measurements, no advice (. . . as Red Wing recommends buying a half size smaller since leather opens up . . .) and a very limited inventory! On top of this, when I asked to try another boot, the older gentlemen became argumentative telling me that both products are the same, but they were not. If I could give zero stars, that would be it. This shop is not a Red Wing dealer or Franchise. This was the last product I will ever purchase from this place. I drove to the Red Wing Store in San Bernardino where the salesman measured my foot using a high tech immegery system, gave me plenty of advise, didn’t mind me trying different sizes or products.
