This Staff is the greatest and MAKES NO EXCUSES! THEY TEXT, CALL, AND GET THE JOB OF PROTECTING MY VALUABLES DO E CORRECTLY ,STORE HERE WITH CONFIDENCE!

First of all, if you're looking for a storage check their online or website, they always have specials . I got the 510 for 30 a month and there is a one time processing fee of 25 (i think). We were asked if we want the 1 month free or the online rate, which we picked the online rate. The staff are friendly, specially the male staff (sorry, I forgot his name, will update when I see him again ). He was professional and knowledgeable. The process was smooth, which I very much appreciated. So far, everything is great. And I am happy that we found this place.
Fantastic experience! The staff here go above and beyond for the customer and I couldn’t wish for a better experience. This location is about 40 minutes from my home but I need the storage for my work and they are so nice and helpful I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Stacey is the best very nice and knows her job, and the storage and yard very clean.
The store manager Staci Hunter was courteous, professional and PATIENT. The entire time I was there the phone was ringing, people were constantly coming in and she handled everything and everyone perfectly. Staci showed me the unit, I was quite pleased. This place is decent and clean. The price for a 10x15 not bad considering this was the third storage place I had been to. I really like there access hours, 7 days a week 6am-10pm. I'm glad I went with Extra Space. Alicia
