The staff there is great. Kids up front are so friendly and greet you. Gym is nice and clean, bright and open inside

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! They say you can cancel anytime, it’s a scam! We moved to Arizona last year, we tried to cancel membership and they keep giving us the run around. Telling us we need to contact one place or send a letter somewhere else. We have been charged every month, even when they have been closed.

I’d give them no stars if I could. It’s so difficult just to cancel a membership and then they want to charge to cancel on the spot and then next month’s payment like that’s ridiculous. I Ask to speak to a manager and you don’t get to speak to one, they avoid your question and do not help you or call him/her. They gave me a headache from not being able to find a solution and they aren’t very covid 19 safe. I wouldn’t consider coming and bringing your business here. Never coming back.
