My husband had to get referral and we requested to send to another doctor but they never helped us to give one. We also had hard time contacting with responsible person because when we called , they always said we would call back later but never called back. We got approval to do procedure but then we got bill because Heritage didn't pay . I will not say everyone is bad but what we experienced was really bad. No one is willing to help for referral or billing . I just want other people know the problem.

Injured my left forearm...couldn't even get a sling or x-rays at the 330pm visit. Had to wait for the following day.

I went in February of this year to try to make an appointment for my children with Doctor Ahluwalia. I was told that my children's doctor no longer work there and that they had not yet found a new doctor and that they were going to call me back when they had a doctor for my children. Till this day I didn't receive a call back. I've called about four times I even went in person to try it to set up an appointment they never did set up an appointment and all the times that I called I kept being put on hold. this last time I called about 3 weeks ago they just hanged up the phone on me. I think I am block because I keep getting the answering service. The front staff in this office are very unprofessional and very rude.
