I am honestly really impressed with this store and the management. I went recently because I just bought a sweater last month and without my receipt I pretty much cried to the manager I was so distraught that there were 3 holes in it within the first month of getting it, that the manager understood and found me in the system by my credit card. She went above and beyond to help me and offered me store credit. I really like that she didn't give me a hard time and even still worked with me without a receipt. I've been shopping at hot topic since they opened and I was a younger kid. I have loved hot topic forever. After this trip I will definitely give them a 5 star rating and be back many times more to visit and shop. Even got a better sweater and the manager gave me a tip to not dry it in the dryer to keep it lasting longer.

I have been in this store, at the beginning of 2020! I came here, when I visited my relatives in High Desert. They had a good variety of apparel to choose from. Furthermore, they had other collectibles on sale. Therefore, when I came here, I have purchased a T-Shirt of Rick and Morty. So far, I really enjoy it. The lines, at the time, were long. However, they were moving quite fast. So definitely, if anyone is in High Desert, and some good T-Shirts, I would recommend to stop by this store!

This is the place to come for any kind of accessories you're looking for. The music is a little loud but I like it and everyone is so friendly it makes it fun. Good prices on a lot of items.
