Great place , very helpful employees. Cool merchandise and great prices I had to use them to make a costume for my nephew at the last minute and found everything I needed and then some. And they give you a cool Homemade bag with your purchase I will definitely use them again.

I took my Singer in, the needle was jammed. I was met by Carole, who took a look. In a few minutes she unjammed it, and gave me a quick review on threading. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. I loved the store and the very positive energy I felt. I will return for my sewing needs and maybe take a few classes. Thank you Carole!
Called to find out how much it would cost for them to service my sewing machine, they told me to bring it in and if they could fix it right then they wouldn't charge me! I went to the shop and it is very nicely set up. Easy to find what you need. Very open. They even have classes you can attend! Very nice and helpful staff. Plans to return.
I called Moore's yesterday requesting hands-on support for trouble with the bobbin and tension in my Vogue Stitch machine. Diane's knowledge and experience was excellent, helpful and friendly. The store is spacious and the women welcoming, a treasure in our high desert.

What a great store! Was having a problem with my machine. They helped me out and sent me on my way. When I asked what I owed them they said nothing, just come back and see us when you need a new machine and send people are way. So that is what I'm doing. There are not many business like this these days,
