It is green and well kept outside. The rest rooms need a little help. The grills are kind of small if you want to cook at the picnic area. Overall I would go there again.
A nice place to relax and bbq with you're family, nice little play area for the kids to get on. Plenty of nice green areas to have a picnic at, the only downfall was the restroom, they were very dirty and kind of far away.
Great for kids the pool went up to 3 dollars when I don't see why.. They removed the diving board, can't really have much fun your just sitting in water for 2 hours for 3 dollars I guess it's not worth it.. The bathrooms are disgusting they smell so bad as soon as you walk through, bring a lock for the lockers or sit your stuff out in the sun on the bleachers they could have put in the shade. If the little ones need life jackets they get mad if you do it yourself but there never in there so what the heck but yeah if you wanna sit in water for 2 hours for 3 this is the place, an it gets pretty "hood" Or "ghetto" As you victovillians would say near the exit on certain days.. Best to go check it out first an see if your comfortable or not. Me an my family never came across an issue!
Me and my 4 kids all got ready and drove 15 minutes to get the the swimming pool because the website said it was open but come to find out it was closed so we had to drive home all upset. FIX YOUR WEBSITE!!!!!
I went on a beautiful Saturday afternoon to sit in the park and read some of my latest Stephen King novel. I was hoping to just find a nice peaceful quiet spot to do some reading. But on the day I was there that was not going to happen. There was a medium sized group of people hanging out at the parking lot and on the grass and most of the people in the parking lot motorcycles and cars both seem to all want to play whatever music they were listening to rather loudly so it made for a cornucopia of different types of music all being played rather loudly which made from unpleasant place to sit and try to read in peace. But given the location in the neighborhood where the park is I guess I shouldn't have expected anything else. The neighborhood is a little bit drug infested with undesirables.
Clean pool, nice staff, not that many people.
It's so nice here. Everyone said it's ghetto, but its really not. Perfect for a hot day.
