I've been coming here for years but now I'm not going to because of the incompetent girl behind the counter who got all my packages mixed up! I ended up just getting them all back! I'll go to the ups store! Her mistake was trying to multi task. She was taking other customers in between paperwork and packages only to keep coming back and not knowing what went to what!

I shipped a DHL express package on Saturday to the Philippines. Cost me 80 for an envelope with documents. After 10 days, I tracked the package. DHL says they never picked up the package. I call postal Annex and they tell me they don't have it. I call DHL... they show no pickup at postal Annex for the 3 business days after I shipped the packages. I go there today and they have the package. Nobody called DHL every day... nobody checked the cubby that held DHL packages. Botton line, if you ship from here, make sure you track the package next business day to ensureit was picked up.
Been a customer since 2007 so I've seen the ownership and name change. The level of service has declined significantly. On top of that, the fees are now increasing for substandard service. What a shame.
I've been to better spots, but it gets the job done.
This location has been my address for 16 years. It was named Mail Masters for the first 13 years, but a couple of years ago the owners sold it and moved to Texas to escape California! The service had been amazing and the owner and the staff were wonderful. Then it became Postal Annex, and the difference has been like night and day.... while it usually had a staff of 3 each day, the new owner Tim is apparently too cheap to hire enough people to run it properly. Consequently, todays mail often doesn’t get put in the boxes until the following day. I have seen the post office deliver the mail before 3, and Wsited till almost closing time, then went in to find my box empty, and told that the one employee was too busy because the second employee left at 3 or 4. I have on a few occasions not received any mail, and then suddenly get so much mail it barely can be stuffed in the box...and I pay for the large box. I know it is becausethey failed to distribute it... We ofter get messages from UPS of FedEx, advising that our package was delivered, but when we go to retreive it we are told it hasn’t come in yet. I have complained to the staff and to the owner. The staff has told me that when they advise the owner about the numerous complaints, he just laughs. The man has no concern about the boxholders...he is a horrible businessman!!
