Pictures came out beautiful and they were very patient and great with my son. I didn't feel like they were trying to hurry him up to get to the next appointment and they did their best with the props and angles to get good photographs.

Decided to get my daughter's Senior pictures done here, it was the worst experience! I expected to be here 2 hours, since I purchased the Ultimate session but ended up waiting 3 hours and 15 minutes! More frustrating was we saw three people come after us and leave before us! When I expressed my frustration, they unashamedly asked if I wanted to reschedule, like it was easy to take the time off work. The photographers were rushed, used similar poses with bland backgrounds. When I requested to use a couch as a prop, they said I would have to wait longer. According to the photographer, they scheduled 60 appointments when the normally have 15-20...sounds like they overbooked. It's frustrating when respect of time is not considered. I hope the 45 dollars I paid for the sitting fee and the 3 hours it took of our day is worth it when see my daughter's proofs in 2 weeks.

Horrible experience, had my daughter's senior pictures taken in July still have not received her proofs. I have called and called and can not get a clear awnser and the staff is so rude. Guess my next call will have to be to the school let them know what kind of company they reffered us to.

Unorganized. Spent 2.5 hours there. People that come after you go before you (they say to be “fair!”). BS! One staff member is extremely rude. Will definitely not be bringing my other child here in two years for Senior pics. Place needs a lot of work.
