I waited for over a week for my appointment just to be told it was never booked. As such, I was informed that I would not been seen. Is it best practice to delay medical treatment and allow for progression of a disease process? That appears to be the case as the cavalier staff member who entered my information into the system feels that "my bad" is an adequate statement. Now I must go to an urgent care or ER which will cost me significantly more money. Thanks amy.
