I have been using Russ for the last 8 months and he has been telling me that I need to change out equipment, put in larger gas line for the heater and that there is a leak. Turns out he does not know how to use the equipment properly and does not know the gas line is already 3 inch and goes down to 3/4 at the stub as shown by another repair guy that was not trying to get more money . The repairs and upgrades with him that were not needed would have ran into the thousands. would HIGHLY recommend not using this shyster.
