Its so hard to get ahold of them. I've been getting voicemail with no option to leave a message. So many locations but can't get ahold of anyone!

Went there for assistance in filing the I-693 needed for an Adjustment of Status through immigration. A week later they called to inform us that the documentation was ready for pick up which is standard procedure. We went there and wanted to review the paperwork which they said it was not needed. All we needed to review was the first page i.e. name, birthdate etc. We picked up the I-693 and took it to our lawyer for review. Lawyer tells us the results attached to the I-693 are inadequate. Now, we have to drive an hour and a half back to S & L Medical Group to have them re-do the documents to ensure USCIS doesn’t kick them back once filed. They should have let us review all documents before we left. Now this just delays the process even longer.
