I have never had any problems with the care I have received, or billing, or technical problems with my Invisoline. Everyone has always been professional, and able to answer my questions. This is my 3rd time receiving treatment, but the first time using Invisoline. But I believe I am probably older then most patients. But since I had 8 teeth removed prior to treatment, I have had problems with spacing ontop, and crowding on the bottom. I would however recommend Invisoline over the metal braces, because I found it to be less painful.

I simply wanted to say that the staff were all nice and the service was all great. I would suggest this service to other people. I'd say that the service was perfect, but the one thing that did catch my eye, was that the plastic cabinets that were used were dirty. I suggest that you should clean the plastic cabinets more often and not only with just Clorox Wipes but deep cleaning such as scrubbing because some plastic cabinets had black dirt spots. I hope that on my next visit the plastic cabinets are cleaner.
