I was told the doctors and nurses at this group were amazing and that could totally be true however I can’t get that far. My grandmother’s first language isn’t English so she has me help her with calling for appointments and sorting out insurance and things like that. I’ve called over eight times now and left messages, I have emailed, my mom has called and left messages, and I even went in person where they took my number and promised me a call from their manager. But I never received a call. I have never had such terrible customer response and care from anyone especially from a medical facility.

This place is the greatest!!! I have had several colonoscopies in my lifetime, at various places, and this place plus the whole experience was a vacation compared to my other experiences! I know that might sound outlandish to some but my husband just had his turn and he could not believe how easy it was and how great he felt afterwards. The workers and the doctors were so nice and made both of us feel very comfortable, for both of our visits. Both of us, had nurse Jennifer and she is so nice and caring! When you wake up from the anesthesia, you can't believe how easy it is to wake up and how good you feel. The facility is also very clean and they are all very thorough with everything. I highly recommend this place!

I had a Colonoscopy in May 2020. All the office staff were nice. My doctor and nurses made sure I was at ease about my procedure because I was very nervous. My folks referred me to the Gastro Group. I would recommend them to My friends & other family members. They also called to check on Me to make sure I was feeling okay. Thank you Gastro Group!

Dr biswas is a hack of a doctor who should not be working on anyone he jumps to conclusions and guesses at diagnoses was in the hospital for 4 days with no answers from this guy and they discharged me in the middle of the night still suffering ended up at Lima Linda almost had to be admitted in the icu don’t go here

As I've always shared, Dr. Nguyen and His staff are wonderful and care about people competently. I highly recommend them to anyone with a gastrointestinal problem. I think they pretty much saved my life a number of times. And I thank them for that!
