As a past client I can confirm that the services offered here are served by staff whom I'd easily say are some of the best people I've ever met. For me it was meeting the right people at the right time more so, while in the system I shopped around for a home that would be the most comforting, you wont find better trained staff anywhere else, they look at us not through us.
