Worst phone call customer service called to speak to a supervisor or someone in charge and was hung up on because they want to do call backs where no one is calling back very frustrating!!

Been on hold for 5 hours now. Someone answer sounded like they had just woke up. I understand we are working from home but please do your job. I have never waited so long. They just answered and put me back on hold

I was able to get in and out in less than an hour. The SSA employee was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. He worked at window number 3. The key is to get there early and have all your documents, i.e. ID,SS card etc. The only negative was the long line to get to the service window.

The people who work here are friendly and polite. The wait time can be quite long, but this will vary; you may want to plan for at least 4 hours. You will need to bring your S.S. Card the 1st time; after that you'll be in the system. You will need to bring your own notebook if you want anything to write on because they won't provide you with a piece of paper to use. It's best to have your questions written down before you go. They do have a booklet that has some of the answers on S.S. I lost a 40 sweathirt in this office (I dropped it) and went back to look for it in 1 hour, but it was gone and the security officers couldn't find it. This place is at risk for theft so take care with what you bring.

I've been to this office on many different occasions. And my review through out the year's is this is a very busy office serving the whole high dessert and sometimes it's fast & sometimes slow, just be clear what your there for so you will get the right worker. These people in this office have been kind and extreemly helpful. It may take a long time befor your called, but that being said means that they will also take there time helping you also!
