My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed at this office. I trusted her care to them. Her orthodontist told me there was a possible retained root fragment. Now, when I tried to take her back both receptionists Diane and Stephanie made it clear I will have to pay for their surgeons mistake if I wanted to take her back to have her evaluated by their new surgeon. Her chart is there! Her procedure was done there! Now they are washing their hands like it didn’t happened there. All they had to do was make things right. I paid cash for my portion and my dental insurance paid theirs for the surgery. My dental insurance told me I shouldn’t have to pay for services that were already paid for. I will not be taking my daughter back. Obviously their main concern is getting paid than my daughter’s care. I will call my dental insurance so they can open an investigation against this office plus I will complain to The Dental Board of California. I wish I could give them zero stars!!!

Starting with the front office great customer service, Dr Chu assistants really nice, Dr Chu take out my daughter wisdom teeth after he personally call us to check on her..what doctor do that?..pretty soon calling to schedule my son surgery. Thank you Dr Chu!

Just wanted to thank the whole team at V Oral Surgery. The staff is very attentive to patient's needs and very willing to help when problems arise that may need a little extra elbow grease to fix. Dr. Chu is very personable and most importantly honest. He was clear about his diagnosis,expectations and risks during surgery which regardless of what procedure you have, you want good communication! I'm lucky to say that thanks to Dr. Chu's skill, I have no loss of sensation which was very concerning for me. Very, very grateful to have had such a positive medical experience and will refer anyone to them as they treat their patients like family. Thank you V Oral!!!
