I've only dealt with a very few salvage yards before and it wasn't fun. I was blown away at the professional and pleasant interactions I had with Victory Auto wreckers! What a wonderful experience! After delaying this action far too long, I called Victory direct. I had an appointment slot the next morning along with a quote. The driver called that morning to confirm everything. He showed up on time, we signed some paperwork, I received cash on the spot and he towed it away! My headache resolved. So simple and professional. A Victory for me. Highly recommend!

Bought a new car and didn't want to sell my old one. Put my information in the system and was instantly given a quote. Drove car to lot were it was looked over. The whole process must have taken less than a half hour which was great. The experience was like nothing that I was expecting. Employees were smiling and happy. Made the process so much better. When it was time to finally say goodbye to one of our cars that was no longer running, Victory Auto Wreckers was the first place I thought of! Their commercial has been imprinted into my mind since childhood! I have to say that I was extremely impressed by their prompt, respectful, professional, and informative service. The process was very easy and the gentleman who picked up the car was very efficient, yet patient, as he waited for us to remove the license plates that we had almost forgotten about. I am sad to have had to junk one of our beloved vehicles, but if I ever have to do it again, I will call Victory Auto Wreckers without hesitation!

That old car is worth money!\ I've heard this commercial hundreds of times growing up in the Chicago area. When my old truck was no longer worth fixing, I took it to Victory Auto Wreckers. The whole process was simple, easy, and took minutes to get rid of my old truck. The lady at the front desk, Columba, made the whole process easy. I will definitely be using Victory Auto Wreckers in the future.
