Took my daughter here for some recurring knee issues that she is experiencing. Blair did a thorough assessment of her issue and needs and took the time to really explain everything to us and make sure that we understood. He has developed a strength and conditioning program to help start to correct her problems. Very knowledgeable and made my daughter feel comfortable during the appointment :)

A health professional suggested I try going to Victory to get help for an issue that was getting worse, year after year. I booked an initial appointment with Blair Goodwin. Right away, I was thoroughly impressed since the entire length of the appointment was focussed on my needs and not divided between me and somebody else. Other clinics I had visited before would quickly assess me, give me a set of exercises and have somebody else show me how to correctly do the rep. At Victory, you are assured 1 on 1 assistance for the entire 60 min. Nobody is rushing and pressed for time to work with another client. So far, at every session, I get reassessed and heat packs get put on. Exercises are suggested and demonstrated - helpful modifications are given if necessary. After the exercises, I also got more specific attention as Blair tried to loosen up the muscles with massage and focus on some stress points. I have had immediate relief from the first visit to address my /hip/gluteal problem. The following times, I came back with a rotator cuff injury that needed attention as well. Ample time was given for both issues. Great customer care is a constant each time I visit. I will definitely be suggesting to people to check out Victory. Thank you, Blair. I really appreciate your professionalism and motivation to get people feeling better and stronger.
