I was pleasantly surprised. I was concerned because they were what appeared to be a chain type business. The staff was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. I was nervous because of I knew my teeth were in bad shape, and I was self conscious. Their concern was getting me a great smile. The doctor was just as pleasant and explained my treatment plan clearly. The financial counselor was very knowledgeable and understanding when it came to cost and financial planning. I had a wonderful experience. Thank you!

I was very pleased with my visit. I have had bad experiences in other dental offices and was extremely anxious but the staff was super friendly. Everyone made sure that I wasn’t in any pain at all times. Dr grey is also a down to earth dentist that makes you feel at ease. Would definitely recommend aspen dental to anyone looking for a dentist.

I had a wonderful experience with Aspen Dental in Vienna WV. From the receptionist, Dental Assistant, The Doctor & the Billing everyone was very nice,polite & made me feel like they all was there for me.I went in because I fell & my two front teeth were almost knocked out plus I needed Dentures anyway they were all Awesome they have a wonderful staff & were also short two of there Assistants that day but they still worked effectively & the Doctor & staff made sure everything ran smoothly even though they was working without a full staff that day.My next appointment is to get my teeth pulled & Dentures seated .very excited to get my Denture & get my smile back.

I have a phobia of dentist. Also my teeth are in very bad shape. Every time I go to a dentist they get irritated or act disgusted. Rudely tell me I have to take care of my teeth & so on. Not even considering how upset I am because of my teeth troubles or that there's other circumstances that's not because of lack of care. Aspen did none of that. As a matter of fact I had an employee sharing her story of how she went through the same thing with her teeth. Everyone I encountered from the front door till I left was so kind friendly & welcoming. No one shamed me in any way. Everyone seemed to truly care. Everyone went our of their way to try & accommodate me in every way. The dentist went out of his way to take the time to fully discuss all treatment options. After a thought out treatment plan was decided they went out of their way again to get me the financing to get it done. I felt welcomed & cared about from beginning to end. They were do genuinely friendly. I look forward to them taking care of all my future dental needs.

Been waiting 2 years for refund check. Asked 3 times. Told it was coming not here yet. My 7000 dollar teeth suck and rarely wear them. Paid for the the best but doesnt seem like it. Went from 112 lbs to 85 lbs and not gaining cause I can hardly eat with them. The refund is 78 dollars but I guess they need it more than me.
