This dental practice is phenomenal. After some nightmare experiences with some other physicians, I was very fortunate to have found this great place. In desperate need of two temporary, and permanent crowns (after two emergency root canals) and no general dentist to place them for me. I was in trouble. I was searching 24/7, going to different consultations, yet the there was something always \off\. I read such great reviews about Boone Dental, and decided to call and take a chance. Neeti, the office manager was compassionate and tried to squeeze me in Dr. Hong's super busy practice, yet there was no availability. She ended up being able to book me, thank God. Dr. Hong had to do TWO temporary crowns the same day, and take impressions for the permanent crowns. Neeti always goes the extra mile to book appointments, answer questions and offer compassion. I am so grateful for her. Dr. Hong is extremely meticulous and precise. He will take an impression over and over until it's perfect. His bedside manner is caring and gentle. I have an injury I sustained some years ago, and he accommodates me time and time again- even though it's difficult to do. The office also honors their very generous in-office discount, since most places do not accept my insurance. Especially in an area that is so expensive. The dental tech Betsy is always very comforting and attentive. Always checking to see if I'm in pain. She is very pleasant. The dental hygienist, Rosha (I dont know if this is spelled correctly), is a fabulous hygienist that cleans and checks the teeth and gums thoroughly. She has a gentle bedside manner, as well. I recently went in for a check up during Covid, and I am so grateful for all of the staff helping us through this difficult time.

Dr. Hong and his staff are caring highly trained professionals and I'm happy I found them years ago. Since then I moved to Maryland, but I didn't even entertain the idea of switching my dentist. Besides doing tremendous job at fixing any problem with your teeth Dr. Hong of also taking great care of explaining you what preventive measures should be taken in your case. He is also very good of finding cost effective solutions when a need for costly treatments arises.

You know your dentist is pationate when he calls you 3 days after you already called in to tell him your temp crown fell off. He says I've got a spot today at 11:45 to get you fixed can you come in? Got to love it! If you're looking for a super person who really cares about your teeth and will always do the right thing for you, Richard Hong is your guy. I've been going to him for several years now and he's exceptional. In fact, the best dentist I have ever had. If you're at all skeptical, I strongly urge you to check him and his practice out. Everyone is super nice and actually cares about you and your dental heath. 10 Stars, come on google 5? really? Happy dental visits with this guy!

He's a five star dentist. Super smart and a perfectionist. Takes a lot to impress me and Dr Hong does that every time. My whole entire family goes to him. We are not easily impressed But we all love him!
